Toyko Joe's

Without Tokyo Joe's, my husband and I would starve to death.

You think I'm exaggerating.  Well, I am, but only slightly.

Tokyo Joe's opened its doors to hungry Denver fast-Japanese food lovers in 1996.  Today, lucky Denverites such as myself get to experience the joys of their 21 metro area locations.

Tokyo Joe's serves fresh, natural, solid Japanese food at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and service is prompt. They also have a punch card system and an "addict club" that lets regulars eat for especially cheap.

Our local Joe's

My husband and I eat here at least several times a week.  We normally get a filling dinner there for under $15.  I usually grab sushi, the Boulder Veggie Bowl, or the Lettuce Wraps.  My husband is boring and prefers the White Chicken Bowl with Oyako Sauce.

4-Piece "Joe's" Roll

The food won't blow your socks off with depth of flavor or unique preparations, but it is good, solid, healthy Japanese food for cheap.  If you don't want to or don't like to cook, Joe's is the pefect place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

  2. I love their regular ol' white chicken bowl. I know it isn't blow-your-socks-off fantastic, but it is still pretty darn good.

I love the name of your blog - GENIUS! Although I can definitely say I am not impressed with the little fried buggers.
